Today was a great day of learning for WFG associates as several breakout sessions were in full swing for the second-to-last day of the WFG Convention of Champions 2011. Thousands more associates arrived today at the WFG Convention of Champions 2011, and had a full day of activities to attend. After obtaining their nametags and other convention credentials, associates checked out the WFG Experience Exhibit Hall. While there they met with product provider representatives, WFG headquarters staff and other key vendors. Associates also took time to stop by The WFG Foundation and WFG Charitable Trust booth, to make a donation or buy this year’s share bear. Final preparations were made as World Financial Group (WFG) set the stage for the first day of the WFG Convention of Champions 2011 in Las Vegas, which began at 1 p.m. today. Associates lined up for registration and to receive their packet of marketing materials, which included exciting brochures that can help WFG associates build their businesses through the addition of new associates and clients. You can feel the buzz in the air at the MGM Grand Las Vegas as WFG prepares for its biggest event of the year: the Convention of Champions. Set up was underway today as vendors, headquarters employees and many others unpacked awards and began set up of the on-site sales area, the WFG Experience Exhibit Hall, and the Grand Garden Arena in anticipation of the more than 14,000 associates expected to be at this year’s convention.
