It’s not uncommon for a sports team to hold a “fan appreciation day” to let their supporters know how much they appreciate them.  In that same spirit, a World Financial Group (WFG) office in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill., recently held a client appreciation day.

World Financial Group Senior Marketing Director Mario Cinardi and his team hosted their annual Client Appreciation Day April 16, with more than 150 clients in attendance at the two-hour event.  Clients were treated to catered food, goodie bags as well as informative presentations regarding World Financial Group (WFG).  Also present were several regional vice presidents from WFG’s provider companies, who provided product information and answered any client questions.

Items featured in the “goodie bags” were pens, key chains, stress balls, WFG NASCAR promotional items and brochures for WFG and some of the providers.  Also, there was a World Financial Group No. 60 car chocolate cake to share with guests.

Mario told WFG Review that customer appreciation day is important to World Financial Group because, “It is very important to give back and appreciate our clients and associates for entrusting us with their business.”  Mario also noted that he and his office try to hold one customer appreciation day each year.
